How long does the repair take?
Diagnostics and repair take from 2 hours to 5–7 days, depending on the problem. Screen or battery replacement for popular models is often done the same day if the part is in stock (we check in advance); allow 2–4 hours so the technician can seal and test the device properly. In a hurry? Tell the manager and we'll arrange it with the technician.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. Original part: usually 6 months, quality copy: 7 days, cheapest copy: 1 day for checking. We tell you the exact period for your part before the repair, and it's in the receipt. After water or heavy impact the warranty covers only the parts we installed.
Is diagnostics paid?
A phone inspection is free. Diagnostics that take an engineer's time are paid only if you decline the repair: phone logic board, iPad and tablets, laptops, drones 100 ₾, consoles 120 ₾. If you go ahead with the repair, diagnostics are free. We tell you before your visit.
How can I pay?
